PeopleArt was born from a simple but radical conviction: the same principles that make great art also make great human systems. Fernando Camacho Ospina — a researcher at the intersection of biomedical engineering, AI, applied statistics, and behavioral science — began developing the PeopleArt framework as a way to translate the artistic mastery he studied in elite performers into actionable models for enterprise professionals.
